Case study / S3 Tint + Tint Bolt
From a tint question to a shop-ready booking.
S3 Tint's customer-facing journey helps drivers choose a service and see a price. Tint Bolt carries that context into the shop's lead, booking, and measurement workflows. The result: a customer can make a real buying decision before the shop has to step in.
One live business. One connected journey across the front end and the operating side.

S3 Tint in Tint Bolt
24 adjusted calendar bookings$388 average booked ticket
July quote-lead records and booking activity, reviewed after month-end. The 23 booked leads are linked to the 43 quote leads; the 24 calendar bookings and revenue use a separate monthly measure. See how to read these results below.
01 / The starting point
A quote had to fit the car, the customer, and the shop.
For S3 Tint, a useful quote depends on the vehicle, the glass being tinted, the film, and what the driver values. The shop also needs enough context to schedule the right work.
The founder built a guided customer path for S3 Tint, then developed Tint Bolt around the operating work behind it. The two belong in the same case study because the customer experience and the shop workflow solve one problem together.

02 / Customer side
The customer can make a real choice before making contact.
The site moves from service education into a vehicle-specific quote. It asks what the driver wants, recommends a film, and shows a price and deposit requirement before inviting them to check availability. The quote answers questions that would otherwise take a call or several messages.

03 / Shop side
The customer's choices don't disappear when the shop takes over.
Tint Bolt carries the context gathered during the customer journey into the shop's lead, booking, customer, and measurement workflows.
S3 Tint is the operating shop. Its founder built Tint Bolt for tint-shop operations, then created Treaden to apply the same connected-system principles to other service businesses. This case shows where Treaden's approach began, not a standard Tint Bolt deployment.

The Executive Dashboard records inbound leads, booked revenue, and an operating lead-to-booking ratio by month.
One customer journey. One shop workflow. One measurable system.

04 / Measured activity
The system is live, and the shop can see its work.
For July 1–31, 2026, Tint Bolt recorded 43 S3 Tint quote leads. In the later-reviewed Growth report, 23 were marked booked. The calendar-based dashboard separately shows 24 adjusted bookings, $9,310 in booked revenue, and a $388 average booked ticket.
The proof here is the connected system in use: a customer can reach a clear price, and the shop can track and act on the resulting demand.

How to read these results
Period and leads. July 1–31, 2026. An inbound quote lead is a S3 Tint quote-lead record created in that month and counted in Tint Bolt's July Growth report. The report lists 43.
Booked leads and close rate. A quote lead counts as booked when its lead record is marked booked. The Growth report showed 23 of July's 43 quote leads marked booked when reviewed September 4, 2026: 53.5%. Because that status is live, a July lead may have been booked after July ended.
Bookings, value, and the dashboard ratio. The Executive Dashboard separately counts 24 adjusted July calendar bookings, including eligible bookings and any manual adjustments. Its $9,310 is the value of booked work, not independently verified collected revenue or profit; $388 is the rounded average per adjusted booking. Calendar bookings may come from leads outside July. The screenshot's 64.9% tile divides those 24 bookings by 37 deduplicated leads; it does not match booking records back to those leads.
These sources show a working journey and measurable commercial activity. They do not isolate the system's effect from pricing, demand, follow-up, or shop conditions.
